International Office

Scholarships awarded by the International Office

Our scholarships are funded by the Ministry of Culture and Science (MKW) of North Rhine-Westphalia and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and are awarded according to MKW and DAAD guidelines.

Scholarship grantees are selected by a committee consisting of members of different RUB faculties. Information on the scholarships on this page and others are subject to change according to the provision of funds, i.e. the scholarships can only be awarded if sufficient funding is provided by the MKW and DAAD.

Because of this scholarship, my heavy financial load has been lightened. I hope in turn to one day be able to give back and help other students and those most in need to achieve their goals. Thank you again for this incredible gift.

Sayed, student from Afghanistan
