The Integra programme

The Ruhr University Bochum offers special study preparation courses for prospective international students with and without a refugee background interested in studying, which combine a German language course with propaedeutic classes. The aim is to prepare the participants in the best possible way for studying at the university.

Application period (14.01.-14.02.2023)

The application period for the Integra programme has started! You can apply online for Integra for the summer semester 2023 from 14 January to 14 February.

In the summer semester 2023, there will be German courses and events in the Integra programme both in presence and online. After a successful application, you will receive more information.

Are you interested in the Integra program and have questions about the application?

Come to one of our information sessions via Zoom! In the information sessions we will present the Integra-program and the application process and give you space to ask your questions.

The sessions take place the following dates:

  • Friday, February 3rd at 1:00 pm
  • Friday, February 10th at 1:00 pm

The information sessions take place in English (translations to Ukrainian, Russia, Arabic and Turkish are available).

The Integra programme prepares international prospective students with and without a refugee background who are eligible to study at the Ruhr University Bochum in a variety of ways.
