Please include an explanatory statement and a programme description with a specification of tours and visits planned. General information are not sufficient and mere sightseeing trips undesired.

• Outline of the substantial preparation of the participants

For example, through a preparatory lecture and/or seminar, etc.

• Invitation or acceptance letter from the the host university
• List of participants

The list can be preliminary and handed in later when available.

• Current enrolment certificates of all participants

The enrolment ceritifcates can be handed in later when available.

• Financing plan

• Please contact the International Office in advance if it is forseeable that you will not be able to submit all documents in due time!

• You are also welcome to submit your application digitally (PDF) via e-mail.

• If you submit your application by hard copy, please do not print on both sides and do not staple.
