Enrolment for international PhD students

Please note that a distinction is made between regular PhD students and visiting PhD students. If you are pursuing a regular doctorate, you have to apply for the admission with your faculty. You will receive the confirmation from the dean. If you are a guest at RUB during your doctorate, the Welcome Centre will issue you an admission letter.

In case of later enrolment or exmatriculation before the end of the semester, the semester fee may be refunded proportionally. For this purpose, the application for refund must be submitted.
