Application to study abroad at an international partner university

• After submitting your application digitally, please download it and email the PDF file to outbound@rub.de.

• Usually, lecturers will send their letter of recommendation to the International Office directly. In this case, please make a short note and upload it (in PDF form) as part of your online application. If you receive your letter of recommendation from your lecturer, please upload a scanned copy of the letter (PDF only). Please note that we cannot accept your application if the recommendation letter is not submitted by the deadline.

• Current complete list of academic achievements
• Can be created automatically in eCampus or FlexNow and saved as a PDF.
• Medical students can upload their PJ-Reifeprüfung.
• A transcript of records issued by the examination office will also be accepted.

• If you are a master's students, please upload your bachelor's degree certificate.
• Please only submit your high school diploma if you are in the first semester of your bachelor's degree programme.
