Meline Avagyan is a human rights and governance professional and policy analyst with experience in access to justice, detention oversight, environmental governance, public participation, and institutional reform.
Meline is a Policy Analyst at the Global Campus of Human Rights Policy Observatory 7th Edition, where she contributes to work on academic freedom in the South Caucasus from the perspective of institutional and individual rights.
Her professional background spans international organizations, government institutions, and civil society, with a focus on equity-based policy approaches and inclusive governance.
She holds graduate degrees in Political Science, Human Rights and Democratization, and Public Affairs, and has contributed to research and policy initiatives on governance, public participation, academic freedom and domestication of international human rights standards.
