Application for a scholarship for international students

Here you will find practical information on the application procedure.

To apply for a scholarship, please note the following points:

If you have a RUB LoginID, then you can log in with this. Only in case you neither have a RUB LoginID nor an external account, you have to register and create an external account first.
The fields with red asterisks are mandatory fields and must be filled in.
You can only upload PDF.
Once you have submitted your application, it is no longer possible to make any changes to it.
Only fully completed applications can be considered.
You can only apply for one scholarship. Please check the requirements on our homepage very carefully.

Are you planning to complete your studies within the next two semesters?

Apply here for a Graduation Grant.

*Please note: The Graduation Gcholarship is intended exclusively for students who need two more semesters to complete their degree. If you have already received the Graduation Grant for two semesters but have not yet completed your degree, your application will no longer be considered.

Do you need more time for your studies than the next two semesters?

Apply here for a Special Grant.

For Bachelor students of the RUB:

If you are already completing your Bachelor's degree in the current semester and will continue to study for a Master's degree at RUB in the coming semester, please apply for a Special Grant.
The Graduation Grant is aimed exclusively at students who will complete their studies within the next two semesters.
