• Welcome Services - overview of the upcoming formalities and support at the beginning of your stay, incl.
• Welcome Sessions - a monthly information event about the first steps of a research stay at RUB
• Regular consultation hours and individual counselling - any time during your research stay at RUB
• Appointment scheduling at the City Administration Office and Foreigners' Office in Bochum
• Support with appointments and in dealing with local authorities
• Information on finding accommodation
• Consultation on family matters - in cooperation with ProKids
• Coordination of events for international researchers and their families
• Networking with other RUB service institutions, chairs and departments - for an optimal support of your affairs
• Supporting the host chairs and faculties of RUB
