Excursion to the Mining Museum Bochum
We would like to visit the mining museum in Bochum together with you. The guided tours in the museum will take place in English.
You can visit the exhibition mine at a depth of 20 meters and then go up to the 71-meter-high winding tower. From there you have a beautiful view over Bochum and large parts of the Ruhr area. After the guided tours you can explore the museum on your own. Here you will learn a lot about the history of coal in Germany and about mining and its formative influence on the Ruhr area.
