Important notes

A parallel application for the AEN and the MAUI program is not possible. Please choose your preference.
For other exchange programs offered by Ruhr University Bochum you can apply at the same time.
In the online application you have to indicate three universities of your choice.
All required application documents must be uploaded in the online portal (in PDF).

To be written by a lecturer from your department at Ruhr University Bochum

Usually, lecturers will send their letter of recommendation to the International Office directly. In this case, please make a short note and upload it (in PDF form) as part of your online application. If you receive your letter of recommendation from your lecturer, please upload a scanned copy of the letter (PDF only). Please note that we cannot accept your application if the recommendation letter is not submitted by the deadline.

If you are a master's students, please upload your bachelor's degree certificate.
Please only submit your high school diploma if you are in the first term of your bachelor's degree programme.
