The monthly rent is €1.549 including all ancillary costs (electricity, water, heating, internet) plus one monthly rent deposit, which will be paid back at the end of the stay, provided that everything has been handed over in the condition of which it was moved into. A final cleaning fee of €260 will be deducted from the deposit.
