Would you like to experience life in a family in Germany first hand? The organisation Experiment e.V. arranges host family stays for international students throughout Germany.
The organisation Experiment e.V. arranges host family stays for international students in Germany. All year round, you have the opportunity to live with a German family for a fortnight. Stays during Easter or Christmas are particularly popular. This way, you can get to know German culture and everyday life up close and personal and improve your German language skills.
How does the application process work?
When?
- At least 4 weeks before the start of the planned stay.
How?
- You fill out the registration form online and attach a copy of your certificate of study and health insurance. You also need a nice photo of yourself.
Support?
- The RUBiss Team/International Office will be happy to assist you with the registration and preparation for the homestay.
- Please enter Anna Potreck as your contact person when registering online. Experiment e.V. will select the host families and then notify you.
Participation in the programme costs 40 euros, travel costs will be reimbursed later. Board and lodging will be provided by the host family.
